we are not authorized to serve food and beverages.
But you can enjoy for free
a common area where you will find:

How can I make a reservation?
Contact us as soon as possible and we will send you
a confirmation message with all the details.
Our rooms are booked quickly,
so we recommend you to do it as soon as possible.
Will there be a reception?
No, you can access your room independently
at any time of day or night
thanks to the codes and instructions we will send you.
How does Online Check-In work?
We will contact you the day before your arrival
to ask you to fill out the Online Check-In.
Your personal data will be sent to the Questura di Milano.
You can choose to pay by Credit Card,
PayPal, or in Cash at your check-out.
At the end of the procedure, you will receive an email
with all the instructions to access
independently your room.
How can I pay for my reservation?
We will contact you the day before arrival
and you can choose to pay by Credit Card,
PayPal, or in cash at your check-out.
From what time can I access the room?
Access is available from 3:00 pm
What time do I have to leave the room?
By 11:00 in the morning,
to allow us to clean and sanitize the rooms
for the next guests.
Can I cancel my reservation?
If you booked directly with us
you can simply write to cancel free of charge.
If you booked through a portal, such as Booking,
the portal rules will apply
depending on the type of reservation chosen.
How far is the Fabrique?
You can reach it on foot in about 10 minutes
or by bus 88 in three stops.
Most likely in the apartment
there will be other guests heading to the same concert.
How far is the IMAS?
The Institute of Aeronautics can be reached in 6-7 minutes
by bus 88/AVIAZIONE, which stops in front of both
our facilities and starts service around 5:30 am.
Make sure the bus is labeled 'Aviazione'.
How far is the Center of Milan?
We are on the outskirts of Milan, but well connected by public transport.
You can reach the Duomo with tram 27,
one of the city's classic historical trams,
which stops just 20 meters from the condominium where you will stay.
How far is Linate Airport?
You can reach it by metro.
The nearest stop is Repetti, reachable by bus.
But we recommend a taxi or our private shuttle,
it only takes 10 minutes.
How can I reach you from the Central Station?
We will send you a detailed route, step by step.
You will need to take a metro
and then a bus for a few stops.
How can I reach you from Malpensa or Orio al Serio?
The airports offer various shuttles
to Milano Centrale station.
The service is available until 2:30 am.
But if you arrive at night and the service has ended,
you can request our private shuttle,
available at an additional cost and by reservation.
Can you accommodate minors?
Yes, but they must be authorized by a parent.
For minors under 14, the presence of an adult is required.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are always welcome.
But remember you will be staying
in a condominium with other guests in the other rooms.
Will there be towels?
Yes, you will find enough towels for you
and your travel companions.
You'll also have soap, shampoo,
shower gel, and a hairdryer at your disposal.
Do you have a refrigerator?
Yes, there is a small kitchen with hot or cold water,
coffee, tea, cookies, and a shared refrigerator with other guests.
Cooking is not allowed.
Can I have an invoice?
We issue an invoice for each reservation.
You can choose whether to make it out to yourself or your company.
Do you have parking?
We do not have private parking,
but the entire area offers many free street parking spaces.
Please note that there is a local market every Thursday,
so parking will be prohibited on Viale Ungheria.
Are cleaning services included?
Check-out cleaning is included in the price.
If you stay for more than two days and need
room tidying or towel changing,
you can request the extra service.
Do you have a shuttle service?
Yes, it is important to book in advance
as we have only one available vehicle.
Payment is made directly to the driver.
When public services have ended,
we apply reduced prices.
